cannot access website

I run IE6 and just ran into a problem. When trying to
access a public website, I get the famous "requested URL
can not be retrieved". Everyone else I know can. Also,
I can get it at work - just not off my PC even with no
security. It turns out that I can get to it from
Netscape 7.1 (not 7.0). I figure it is an MS patch that
I loaded at one time. What do you suggest? FYI: I can
ping the site fine from the command prompt.

pnoman,
You may need to clear your TIF as you may have a corrupt file there.

Close all instances of OE and IE
Control Panel | Internet Options | General tab
Click the "Delete Files" button, when prompted place a check in:
"Delete all offline content", click OK
Click the "Clear History" button, click OK.
Click the Settings button, adjust the TIF size to 50 mb, click OK
