HTTP 1.1?

I have a Direcway satttelite ISP and recently installed the latest version of the direcway software. It works OK, but it changed a setting in IE6 and Netscape 7.0, where everytime I reboot my computer, IE6 and Netscape 7.0 default back to HTTP 1.0. I have both browsers set to HTTP 1.1 where both browsers work best. I just upgraded to Netscape 7.1 and it seems to have fixed itself in 7.1, but not IE6. Do I need to completely reinstall IE6 or is there a command thats been added that can be deleted, or something along those lines?

Update: No need to reply. The problem was in Direcway software, where it automaticly checks your browser and proxie settins and resets them if they've been altered, at startup and every hour. I just turned off that setting and everything works fine now.
