C:\winnt\twain_32.dll error message

I'm getting this error message C:\winnt\twain_32.dll is
not a valid window image. Please check against your disk.
My Lexmark 3 in 1 printer/copier/scanner/ is not working
on the Lexmark x73 model....Does anybody know if this is a
windows2000 pro problem or a Lexmark issue or a norton
2002 conflict? I can print from a application. ...But
can't scan or fax or copy.....HELP ???!!!?

I have just chucked my Lexmark X85 printer in the bin because I could not
get it working properly on my Win2K, XP or 2003 Server systems!

Lexmark support were useless and basically could not care, they just told me
that they knew of no problems with their printers and the problem must be my
system, this was even after I told them it would not work on any of my PCs
or my laptop!

A quick search of the net turned up countless people that have had problems
with Lexmark printers and also chucked them away and replaced them with HP
Printers!

My problem was, I could scan but could not print! I am now going out to buy
a new HP Printer instead!
