Printer Sharing--Scanner Does Not Work

I have shared my Lexmark X73 all-in-one printer. When I
login with my account which has Admin rights, I can use
printer, scanner, copier. When other users login they can
only print but cannot scan or copy. Please help!

Do the other users have Admin rights? If not, give it to them in the Control
Panel/User Accounts/change.

Have you rerun the install for those accounts? Not all software is aware
of the directory structures for XP (or 2000).

The install should be quick. There may also be rights issues, which you
will need to consider carefully.
