Twain_32.dll

I'm running Windows XP Professional. Ver 2002 Service Pack 1
I had a problem with the Twaintec.dll browser helper object. It was in my C:\windows folder
I finally got rid of it, but I also thought everything with "twain" on it was related to it, so I deleted "twain.dll" and "twain_32.dll" The only problem I see so far is that some pictures and graphics on web pages will not load
I have acquired the files again, and copied them to the C:\Windows folder. But I am unable to register "twain_32.dll
I go to the start menu, click on run, then type in regsvr32 c:\windows\twain_32.dll
I get the following error message...c:\windows\twain_32.dll was loaded, but the DllRegisterServer entry point was not found. This file can not be registered

What do I have to do to be able to see graphics again
Is it related to deleting twain and twain_32?

Thanks, but I have already rid myself of Twaintec.
Now my problem is with Twain.dll and Twain_32.dll.
Both are applications that my computer needs, but by
accidently deleting them, I can not display some graphics
and pictures on some web pages.
