Bubbles

While reinstalling XP I saw a notice about setting some tip bubbles on or
off. I didn't really know what it was talking about so I left it as
default. Now these enormous bubbles around the task bar are driving me
crazy and I can't find anything about how to turn them off. Help!

Hi,
If you can play with registry, here is a link from Microsoft to
disable the notification balloons. I hope there may be a tool out
there, but I don't know.
