1.0.613 not updating

Every day for the last week I am getting "update
available" prompt and go ahead to install a new version
and reboot only to find the version number is still
1.0.613. I am going to disable auto update utility. Is
there in fact a version 1.0.614 out there that is failing
to install on my machine? (I am getting no alerts apart
from the "successfully installed please reboot" type of
message at the end.)

Right click the following and "Save target as..."

Copy/paste these files to Program files/Microsoft Antispyware

Restart MSAS and "check for updates".

i had the same problem, so i followed Mikolaj's advice.
The only ruslut was that the Definition verion is now the
latest one, but the versionnumber is still 1.0.613. So
what is the next move?

In addition to Mikolaj's excellent advice, I'd recommend uninstalling build
613, and then installing build 614 from the download site

Hi,

because that procedure concerned only the signatures update. For update the
verison of MSAS just go to Microsoft site and download the new revision.
