Zoom Box on Desktop

A zoom box has appeared on my desktop and I can't get rid of it permanently.
It is shown in Task Manager as Zoom Window - running. I can end task but it
reappears when I restart. I think it is process tp4mon.exe. It is shown in
SCU startup (Where has it come from?!) ticked. If I untick it I get the
warning box on startup saying I am using a selective startup as opposed to
normal one. How do I sort this please? Thanks for any help

You can delete the disabled items from msconfig with a utility from MVP
Kelly. Go to the following website and scroll down to Line 148, right side.
Click the "clear disabled items from MSConfig" link to download the .vbs
file. Double click the file to run.
