ZoneAlarm & Windows/Office Update

I have recently istalled ZoneAlarm Pro 5.5 and am now unable to download any
updates to Windows/Office without turning off ZA - Dangerous!. I havethen
tried adding the sites to ZA's trusted zone, but when I click the look-up
button,ZA says it cannot find the address. This is driving me mad. Can anyone
give me an answer - please.
