ZoneAlarm Configuration for Remote Desktop

Does anyone know how to properly configure ZoneAlarm Security Suite to allow
Remote Desktop to work from any computer? I haven't been able to figure it
out on my own and Zone Labs technical support hasn't been a great deal of
help.

Check off allow under Remote Desktop Connection first 3 checks

Under firewall set to medium both zones
