I was wondering if anyone can say how good the inbox & outgoing mailsafe
function is?

no,
it just warns you if you are trying to open a file with an extension it thinks is dangerous
...exe

however it does quarintine it sort of, until yous ay it is allowe to open it.
zone alarm works well with anti virus software but not norton internet security.
Norton antivirus is great with it thought it scans emails automatically during download

Hi
The Mailsafe function works fine but it only checks for the file extension
and renames it, there's nothing more secure in the current version.
If you're feeling brave there's a Beta version of release 5 of ZA Pro and

I once loaded the zone alarm on my system and it offered me the pro adition to try free when i dowlaoded this it compltely locked me out i had to turn it off completely to remove it caus
it wouldnt let me remove it with the add remove program.So i had to contact the company via phone to get the answer
Now this was some time ago so i dont recall the instructions but once i got them i was able to remove it hope this helps>
