Zone Alarm firewall

Hi i recently started using Zone Alarm and have found
that when I try to download something it wont let me.
When I right click and then go to Save Target As... an
error message appears. How can I stop this from happening?
 
Yeh i think it is because when I have shutdown ZA it
works fine. It must have something to do with downloading
permissions.
