ZomeAlarm & CA anti virus

Hello there,

XP SP2, Computer Associate (Free) anti-virus
that comes with Time Warner Road Runner ISP.

I just downloaded BASIC zonealarm 7 and tried to
install it.

A window pops up saying that I need to Un-install
CA anti-virus so I can install ZA.

Has anyone else come across this? Is this normal?

I am just trying to install basic ZA fire-wall, and not
anything else. Why do I need to uninstall CA AV?

Only hint I can offer: Because CA bought ZoneAlarm and includes it in
their security suite ? <w>
