zload.exe 100% CPU Usage

I've been following the discussions on 100% CPU
usage...My task manager shows zload.exe utilizing 100% of
my CPU. Thoughts on how to handle?

Do a Google or Yahoo! search on zload.exe . Click
on "Translate this Page", and see if you can make sense
out of the translation. Sounds to me like it might be a
Trojan.
