ZIPPED FOLDER ERROR

I NEED HELP I DOWNLOADED A ZIPPED FILE BUT CAN'T OPEN
FILE AND MESSEGE "COMPRESSED (ZIPPED) FOLDER INVALID OR
CORRUPTED"
I DON' KNOW WHAT TO DO PLEASE!!!!!

The most likely cause is a corrupt download. Try downloading the file
again. If the file is available from an alternate source, try that as well.

Are you trying to download the .ZIP via a P2P program? If not, where from?
Have you tried the download with IE?
