Zipped file problem

Hi, I have a program I own (DietPower) and that resides on my hard
drive which creates backup copies of my records. The backups are
zipped files. When I try to unzip the files I get the following error:
Windows has blocked access to these files to help protect your computer.

The error message also gives a link to the Help and Support Center so
I can open the files.

The H&S Center says:
Is there any way I can open files that have been blocked?
If you are certain that you trust this file and want to open it, follow the instructions below.
Save the file onto your computer.
Click Start, click My Computer, and navigate to the file that you saved.
Right-click the file that you saved, and then click Properties.
Click Unblock near the bottom of the dialog box.

When following the directions, I find the properties of the file has
no unblock to click on. Any help or suggestions?

By the way, I did google this group to see if this had already been
addressed and couldn't find anything. I run Windows XP Pro.

Try istalling a third party archive program such as IZArc (
http://www.izarc.org/ ) and letting that handle your zip or other
archive ciles.
