Hi,
Zipped-folders are showing as files, not as folders when I am in Windows
Explorer folder view.
That is the case on my home-machine with WinXP Home-edition.

On my Ofiice-machine with WinXP Pro, the Zipped-folders show as folders.
That is what I prefer.

I cannot think of any settings that are different on both of the above
machines with respect to this.

Can someone tell me what I should do to see zipped-files as folders please?

Thanks

try this:
regsvr32 /u zipfldr.dll followed by
regsvr32 zipfldr.dll

Thanks Dave,
Unfortunately not my lucky day, it did not solve my problem.

Right click the .zip file/Properties/Icon/Repair Image. It should point to
C:\WINDOWS\System32\zipfldr.dll,0 in the drop down or Change Icon and point
to that file.

Thanks Jeff !
My lucky day after all.

Start - Run and run the line

regsvr32.exe zipfldr.dll
