From what I can see, you've probably downloaded a corrupted zip file. Are you
using Windows' own ZIP extractor?

It has absolutely nothing to do with your AV, unless it's stopping you from
extracting the files. Could you reword your problem so I can better
understand you?

yes i use windows own extractor, but the antivirus didn't detect nothing

A corrupted file doesn't mean that there is an active virus on your
system.

If you downloaded the file, delete the corrupted one and download it
again.

If you didn't, you're in beeg trubble clueless... er, juless.

And you have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA when all of this took place?

What have you downloaded/installed before this happened?

Try renaming the whole thing to <Bare filename>.ext, i. e. Music.zip or
Music.mp3.zip becomes Music.mp3. Still after reading that, it could be a boot
sector virus or something, if Norton doesn't catch it. Do a full virus scan.
