Hello everyone,
I have a HP pc running Win XP Home and sp2. I recently donloaded a zipped
folder contaiing 125 files of musical codas (ends of music/songs.) Having
gone through the process of opening the zipped folder etc and transferring
them to WMP 11 for buring to an audio cd, I found that WMP 11 will not burn
after file 99. The message 'will not fit' appears for the remaining files.
The files are there for anyone to download who may be interested in this kind
of harmony which are available at www.vocalharmonies.com
The size of each file varies between about 9 sec's to 30sec's and when the
cd is finally ejected it can be seen that ther is plenty of space for the
remaining files.
Is it the norm for WMP11 to finish at 99 and eject the cd?
I thank you in advance of all help.

IIRC, the maximum number of tracks that can be put into a "standard"
CD audio disc is 99 tracks. However, the number of tracks that can
be burned into a MP3 audio disc can be greater.

Thank you mistoffolees, but how do I do what you say? Maybe I'm doing
something wrong, but this is what I do. Download the zipped folder and save
it to my doc's, open it and extract the files which are then put into a new
folder to be burned onto an audio cd using WMP11.
Once the new folder is opened all 125 tags show as mp3 type, which cease to
burn onto the cd after99
