ZCZHEFF

Does anyone know what this is? I found it in the startup section of
MSConfig. I tried unchecking it but it re-checked itself. I tried
deleting zczheff.exe but XP compained that the process was being use.
I finally booted into Safe mode and deleted the .exe and that seemed
to work. I'm wondering what it was. Any ideas?

I was unable to find any reference to this file name in any of our
databases or Internet searches. That said, these are classic malware
symptoms.

Recommendations:

1. Ensure your AV signatures are up to date and run a full system scan.

2. Visit the Microsoft Windows Update site and install all Critical Updates.
