Your windows profile has not loaded correctly!

Can anyone advise how to resolve this please - I am using Vista Home Basic.
It loads a default profile which means all settings and email/favourites are
not there.

Apologies for the second post - it took ages for the first post to show so I
thought it hadn't registered!
