Rescue user profile in Vista

I have a user profile in vista called 'class1'. This morning it when I
logged in, it told me "Your profile was not loaded correctly, check
event viewer..." So I did and I see this event:

Log Name: Application
Source: Microsoft-Windows-User Profiles Service
Date: 9/10/2008 11:38:37 AM
Event ID: 1515
Task Category: None
Level: Warning
Keywords: Classic
User: DOMAIN\class1
Computer: vista.domain.local
Description:
Windows has backed up this user profile. Windows will automatically try
to use the backup profile the next time this user logs on.

Where does it backup the profile to and how do I resurrect it? Thanks.

It loses mine every now and again. Just reboot and it should
sort itself out.

Thanks for the response Jan, but I've rebooted several times and
everytime I log in with that account, it gives me the same message
listed above and does not save any profile changes I make. Any other
suggestions?
