Please help me!
I have just reinstalled windows on my laptop and am now trying to install
MSN Messenger and other software (Macromedia, Adobe) via the web. I keep
getting the same error message “Your security settings do not allow Web sites
to use ActiveX controls installed on your computerâ€
I have searched the support sites and tried all the things suggested
- Downloading Update.
- Customizing Internet Options.
- Checking the appropriate boxes in the internet options advanced tab.
- Adding websites to safe list.
But still I keep getting that error. I am very frustrated now and just want
to find a way around this.
I am running Windows XP service pack 2
Please please help me!
