A dialog box titled "Rules in Error" appears sometimes in my Outlook 2003
when receiving mail that states "You don't have appropriate permission to
perform this operation" This is part of my Junk E-mail Filter that I have
created a rule to help rid me of yet more junk mail.

What does the rule do?

After I click the OK button the dialog box goes away and I get all e-mail
including the spam/junk and I find the next time I visually check the rules
that my junk e-mail rule is now unchecked?
