You do not have persmission to change your password

I continue to get this error when attempting to change my
password upon logon to Windows XP Pro. "You do not have
permission to change your password" Although I should be
able to. I am a Administrator of the local box and also a
Domain Admin and a Enterprise Admin.

Any ideas as to why I am getting this message.. Any help
would be great

Are you loggin in w/ your domain credentials or a local account? Can
you change the password if you login in on another machine? Are you
trying to change the password at login because it has expired or after
you login?
