After applying the Exchange 2k Sp3 update to a clustered
service (Windows 2k Advanced Server) theclients can now no
longer send or reply to e-mails in Generic Mailboxes.

Prior to application of SP update this wasn't a problem.
Have checked Knowledge Base and performed allt he relevant
changes it suggests and have checked permissions for users
on Generic Mailbox but still they get this message.

Any ideas ?
