I get this error:

You are not authorized to view this page

when trying to access the frontpage manager on Windows Server 2000. I have
frontpage 2002 server extensions installed. I setup the box with different
IP numbers and later changed them, and since then it seems to still want to
use the old IP numbers and everything is either this error or page not
found. any ideas? thanks!
 
Try deleting your FP cache. and I assume that you also deleted your internet
cache as well.
