Error: The Local Security Authority cannot be contacted

I can no longer access my work web page via Front Page from my desktop
computer. I can access it from my laptop. They're both running Windows XP Pro
SP2 with FrontPage 2003.

The error I get when I try to open the web site is:

"The server could not complete your request. Contact your Internet service
provider or Web server administrator to make sure that the server has the
FrontPage Server Extensions or SharePoint Services installed."

When I click on "Details" I get:

"Error
The Local Security Authority cannot be contacted"

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Here are some things I have alrady tried, which had no effect:

1. Uninstalled Microsoft Net 1.1 Framework (and a Hotfix)
2. Repaired FrontPage
3. Disabled Router firewall (Windows XP firewall was already turned off).
