Was there any particular reason/problem that required the install of latest
driver? You give no info at all re your system, card etc.
Did the update require any bios flashing?
Remember that old adage - 'If it aint broke don't fix it'
Installing the latest drivers as a matter of course and for no particular
reason, does not always work.
Did you make a note of the previous driver version before you updated?
Go back to that and see what happens - uninstall the latest first.
Or ask on the site of the card maker, were you got the driver.
Did you or was there a restore point set prior to install - see if you can
restore back to before the install.

Have you got the latest codecs installed to play the move, if it is a divx
file you can download the latest codecs from divx.com this usually cures the
green screen in media player
