"To start with, have a look at your system's device manager to see
whether there are any yellow question marks shown in there."
Anyone know what i'm supposed to do with the yellow question marks once
i find them?

A yellow Q mark means the device isnt working, usually a driver fault
Try removing the device then rebooting

PS Why are you deleting files you if you dont know what they are?
delinfe.EXE is a printer driver, the other is an MS update
And why are you starting a new thread

You do take your time responding :0. I've had to look back to find out
what your query was about. Did you find these yellow query/warning marks
in device manager. What device/s are they shown against (exact
description/s please)?

I asked this question first on 4/12 and again on 4/16.

I've had to look back to find out

So why are you not answering the Q, or responding to the prior msg in this
thread
