Yellow exclamation triangle in sys tray?

I have a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark in it in my system
tray. When I click on it, it disappears. What is it and how do I get
rid of it.

You have to determine what is causing it. Try right-clicking it and see
if that gives a clue. Also look for clues:

1. In Event Viewer (from the Administrative Tools applet in Control
Panel)

2. In Device Manager (from the System applet in Control Panel).

3. Open Task Manager and see what is running in the background.
