yellow ballons?

Hi,
When i surfing the web I get these little yellow ballons that popup that
describe the links as I pass over them with the mouse. How do I make them go
away, I don't like them.

Hi Tom,

Using the Google toolbar? Theres an option under Productivity section of the
Toolbar options for Word Translator that shows a yellow balloon when you
pass the mouse over hyperlinks. If not the Google toolbar it will probably
be from other toolbar you have installed. To remove your toolbar select the
View>Toolbars menu and uncheck the appropiate toolbar.

still doing it, i even un-installed google tool bar

Internet Options> Advanced> Browsing> uncheck "Show friendly URLs."
