Yahoo - something wrong?

Since 8pm PST I haven't been able to use Yahoo.com normally on either
Firefox or IE. It doesn't load the usual red logo and some of the
smaller icons, and then when I try to login to Yahoo Mail, it says the
server is not found. All other sites are normal for me.

I thought if something is wrong with Yahoo, someone else would have
mentioned it.

Can you imagine why both browsers might do this, if the problem is not
with Yahoo? The only thing I can think of is firewalls, and mine
don't single out Yahoo. I scanned for malware and found nothing.

Works fine here (from Sri Lanka). Try classic version of Yahoo! mail instead
of new version of Yahoo! mail especially if you are on slow connection.

I had the same problem the other day.

Though this made no sense to me...

since I tried everything else...I turned off my DSL modem
then turned it back on and Yahoo worked normally again
