Yahoo Profiles

hi there. finally started playing games (after i downloaded java stuff) but now i can't get into anyone's profiles? i want to see who they've played and stuff. any suggestions?
I emailed yahoo and they told me to do this that and the other, and i did, but it didn't work
would a "pop-up blocker" be a problem for that?

Hi Kristine,

Most likely that would prevent the profile from popping up.
To be certain you can double-check with Yahoo support.
