I've searched through the postings here for the answer, but non are working.
What are the POP3 and SMTP setting set up Yahoo! Mail in Outlook?

You have to pay for that service from Yahoo. Go to the Yahoo mail support
site for information. The service cost about $20/yr.

Yahoo provide those settings depending on your location. Contact Yahoo. Note
that POP3 Yahoo email is only a paid service in some countries. It's
provided free in others.

all from ANY
(read as 'your chosen') email client.that talks POP/SMTP
