yahoo internet email as default mail program

I want to use yahoo mail for my default email program in
IE 6.0 or IE 5.5., so when I click on an email link on a
website, It opens my Yahoo email instead of hotmail or
Outlook. I know there is a plug in I could get for it,
but I cannot seem to find it anymore. HELP

Yes. You need a plugin from Yahoo.
