xupiter moved in and won't leave

this program or whatever downloaded it's self
and I'm not able to deleat it
it says I don't have the right to remove it
it seems to be a tool bar attatchment
I found it in program files but not on add/remove
I tried to use norton clean sweep

Well you're posting in the wrong group, unless this is happening in an
embedded system, which I doubt. Try a google groups search (or posting)
in microsoft.public.windowsxp.general rather than .embedded. We don't
deal with home/office versions of the OS here.
