XPsp2 install problem

Two questions:

1) Have upgraded 3 PC's with XP Pro to XPsp2, is there
only one SP for Home and Pro?? read in paper today that
Pro may not be ready till next week??

2) Tried to upgrade another PC with XP Home and keep
getting an "Access Denied" error when it starts upgrading
files (dll's) which stops the instillation. Have tried
every trick I can think of?? Any Ideas on how I can stop
this and get it loaded?? The Pc is a Pentium 4 Compaq
desk top.

yes, there is only one SP2 for both versions of Windows XP.

It is just that the automatic download may be scheduled
differently. Also, when you do it through the automatic download
or through the http://windoswupdate.microsoft.com/ web site,
only the relevant parts are downloaded, so the download time is
different, depending on what version and what components the
user has installed.
