xp's key number

I install XP again, and it said that my key number had used too many times, and can't active my Xp, how many time can I use my key number?
 
If you are installing it on the same PC you many install as many times as
you wish, just selet activate by phone and call Microsoft with the number
given.

You can install XP as many times as you like on one machine. If you move
hardware then you will be prompted for activation.
