XPe trial install problem

I am having trouble installing the trial version of XP Embedded.

I downloaded 3 file disk1.cab, disk2.cab and tools.cab. There are no
instructions with these files. The machine that I want to install these on is
not the same as the one I downloaded on.

So I copied the files over to the installation machine. I then unzipped
these files to the 3 folders disk1, disk2, and tools. I then clicked
setup.exe I get this warning

"Warning: Volume [Disk1: Windows XP Embedded SP1 Setup] not found for non
removable media"

Can enyone explain what the problem migh be and how I can fix it?
