Beginner - cab-Files?

Hello Ng,
I have downloaded me the Trial version of XP Embedded and have 4 cab files.

disk1.cab, disk2.cab, msde.cab, tools.cab

What am I doing with these files now? How can I start with my installation
from these files now?
