install Windows XP Embedded evaluation version

I have downloaded the Windows XP Embedded SP1 evaluation version(7 cab files) from Microsoft web site. But how to install it?

The download site say I need to run disk1->setup.exe. But it give me error!

If you downloaded all the cab's with XPEFFI.exe, it is supposed to expand
disk1.cab and disk2.cab automatically to "\Program Files\Windows
Embedded\Installer" directory. You may want to check the path and start
"\Program Files\Windows Embedded\Installer\disk1\setup.exe" app.

If the expand did not happen for you for whatever reason, you may expand the
cab's manually (use expand.exe) to the path mentioned above. Then again,
just launch "disk1\setup.exe".
