xpe image running very slow and video problem

hi everybody,

i am new 2 this field.
i have developed usb based xpe image but i am facing 2 problems.
1 it is running very slow.
2. when i run any video, cpu usage goes to 100 % and video start jurking. it
has s3g video driver, which is not properly installed. is this becz of s3g
video driver.

If you are using a standard VGA graphics driver, video playback
performance will be very poor as there will be little to no hardware
acceleration. This means the CPU has to handle it all.
