XP2002 Photo album query

Hi there

I have created a photo album using insert picture photo album in Powerpoint
2002.

I can't crop the picture to make it fit the screen/cut off edges etc. The
crop option is not avaiable. I used to be able to do this using the photo
album addin in 2000.

Any ideas?

John,

The photo album does some tricky image insertion by adding your images as
the background to Autoshapes, which can't be cropped. You will have to "Cut"
your images and paste them back as an images, say as png to be able to crop
them.

Now, while there are distinct advantages to adding images to Autoshapes, but
being unable to crop them is a downside.
