can't insert pictures in Photo Album

Huck Rorick

I created s photo album using Insert>Picture>New Photo Album. Now when I go
to insert another picture with Insert>Picture>From File, the "From File" and
all other options are grayed out and only the "New Photo Album" option is
available. What is the problem?

Try Format | Photo Album.

Thanks for the reply.
Funny. I tried creating a new photo album to test this out but it had
no problem. I could insert new pictures immediately.

Well, you create new photo albums with Insert | Picture | Photo Album. But
to edit an existing album (add pictures to it), you use Format | Photo
Album.

I don't find a "Photo Album" in the "Format" menu.

However, I found that the problem I was experiencing was because I was
in the "slide sorter view". When I switched to "normal view" it
inserted pictures as expected.
