XP x64 activation

Hi all,

I want to activate my WindowsXP x64 but can not see the activation option in
the Tools menu under Accessories.

1) Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Activate Windows.

2) Start > Run > "C:\Windows\system32\oobe\msoobe.exe /A."

I ran the dos command but it said already activated. Funny since I didn't
activate it. It is a new Acer notebook Aspire 5020.

Was WinXPx64 pre-installed at the factory? OEM operating systems
are typically either pre-activated at the factory or are BIOS-locked and
do not required activation as long as they're installed on the computer
with which they're sold.
