XP Wont boot. Please help.

When I boot up my secondary computer (XP Professional P3
700Mhz 256 SD) it asks how Id like it to boot, Normally,
Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Networking.. blah blah.
Whichever I pick, it restarts and brings me back to the
same thing. Help?
