XP Woes

I've got several problems that I can't seem to fix.
1. Anytime I go to Spybot's webpage, my browser shuts
down.
2. I cannot open regedit. (it shuts itself down
immediately)
3. I've been getting this message when I attempt to do an
automatic update: Unable to Install Update for Background
Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) 2.0 and WinHTTP 5.1
(KB842773)
4. The backup wizard is nowhere to be found.
5. My Internet Explorer homepage is set to:
http://qkaatj.outhost.info/ and resets itself every time
I close it.

There are probably other problems, but I haven't noticed
them yet. I've run Lavasoft's Ad-Aware and I've run an
online virus check from Trend Micro. Both come up
clean. I think I've got a virus that's just not
recognizeable. Please help if you can
