Is there any way to manipulate the size of thumbnail images in XP
Windows Explorer?

I would like to make smaller ones for something I am experimenting
with.

If you don't like doing registry edits, many tweakers let you adjust the
size of the thumbnails. Microsoft's own TweakUI powertoy for Windows XP
lets you adjust the thumbnail size under its Explorer node in the tree
list of option categories.

Alas, http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows/downloads/windows-xp no
longer lists TweakUI (under the Powertoys tab panel). Found it here:

(which points to Microsoft's download site so they still have it
available but just not listed). They probably get it from:
