XP version

64 bit requires an Itanium processor which costs thousands,
so unless you paid a small fortune for your PC, you have 32
bit.

How do I tell which version of XP I have 32 or 64 bit?


You have the 32-bit edition. The 64-bit edition requires special
hardware, and very few home users have it.
